Vivienne, You know I love you

Here' s coming the Vivienne Westwood in Fall Winter 2012. The asymmetric and Victorian silhouette have always be loved by Westwood. I love the messy and perfect matching on every outfits. I love she use various colours  in winter collection. Yea I also like the illness and weakness make up. Since people have still trapped in the 50s 60s,  Silk Satin, and Chiffon are still hot in these seasons. Actually I have a little sick with the Chiffon but as they are Vivienne's,  I skipped to swear.

Tomboy Chic is a trend spot in 2012, you know how it be when you check with Miu Miu collection in F/W2012. I never wear men suit (even women's) but when I was processing with my FYP, which related to the Tomboy fashion, I was addicted to the Tomboy icon Agyness Dyen, you know how cool she is. And I believe she was the one who lead the Tomboy Chic as a hottest fashion trend in 21th century(maybe not all, but most).

Live Drawing

I attend the Live Drawing workshop this week, it is apart of my graduation requirement. Although I have to draw 6 hours a day, it is interesting. We got different type of models. Yesterday I drew a fat women and a middle age men. I find that the body shape of a fat lady can be soft and beautiful, and I was surprise to  draw so smoothly.

You may find there is one special style of my works. That was my first drawing during the class. Tutor told me it was too much shadow so I change the method, with the clean and soft clear lines.

The young lady was wonderful. I didn't (only)mean her body, but her pose, she was liked doing yoga. Can you image she had to keep those pose at lease 30 mins?

Today's look - Long Black Dress with White Prints

Internship day. It was hot but I dressed a black long dress with white prints, I love the prints very much, with a lovely price I found in a little shop. The plain cotton  The Cotton on T-shirt was easy to carry for mix and match. 

Final Project in My U Life

This is the most expensive, time consuming, hard working, joyful, experiential and beautiful project. I really enjoy the process and finally realized I like Photoshop more than making dress.

I must to say how great of the model. I share the model fee with another friend with a favorable student price, the model's performance was totally out of out expectation, she was professional. She was excellent in pose and expression, she completed all what I want.

And I did some retouch for my assignment which match the theme of 'Rusty'.

I know what I chose was not the major trend of ITC( the department of fashion design in HKPOLYU), lots of classmates chose to do high-end, but I still want to do something I like and used to, even my dress did not like to fit into the trend.

Shopping at TST

Really sunshine day, I went shopping with my lovely boyfriend. I was in a summer flesh colour but with a little rock style details. I wore a tight- fitted, moss grey knit pants, sleeveless white top with special texture and a pumpkin orange scarf. 

There's already a must-shopped list in our mind, Another, Cotton on, Bodyshop, I.T. We had fun in Another, BF brought a pieces of Dr. Martin style boots and a coat. I got nothing but tried a shocking pink dress.

All right? I know my fat legs are the drawback.

Well I must to say Bodyshop has a successful marketing and pricing strategy. Every time I plan to spend under $200, it always let me pay more than $500, with the discounts or stamps. But this time, no way. I just buy what I want with my birthday month discount. 

This Shiso Whitening Serum is really great and I highly recommence.

OH yes, I do love the series Japanese cherry Blossom products of Bodyshop, the package and the Sakura smell.
